One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active WangKaya account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, someone else's name, or fabricated information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances including winnings. WangKaya employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
Accuracy of information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. This includes your full name (as shown on your identification), phone number, email address, and bank or e-wallet details for payment purposes. WangKaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identification card or bank statement, before processing any withdrawal.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WangKaya account password and login details. Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members. WangKaya will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account information secure.
WangKaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. All transactions are conducted through legitimate and recognized Malaysian payment methods. The following are the full terms governing financial transactions on your WangKaya account.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX internet banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), and local bank transfer. All transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. No currency conversion fees are charged.
Deposit limit: The minimum deposit to a WangKaya account is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, WangKaya reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment is confirmed by the service provider.
Withdrawal conditions: The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. All withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used for your original deposit, or to an account verified in your name. WangKaya will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours, depending on the method selected and banking operating hours.
Withdrawal verification: For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold, WangKaya may require additional identity verification. This is standard procedure to protect your account security and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 calendar days may result in your withdrawal being delayed or cancelled.
WangKaya reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal payments for a verification period if suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or potential fraud is detected. Funds deposited via unauthorized or unrecognized payment methods will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
WangKaya offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all WangKaya bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated.
Rollover requirement: All bonuses received at WangKaya are subject to rollover requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. A rollover requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. For example: a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before withdrawing any bonus winnings. Rollover requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
One bonus per promotion: Each member is entitled to claim each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once using different accounts or any other method will be considered promotion abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
WangKaya takes any attempt to abuse the promotions system seriously. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim new bonuses, systematically betting on low-risk games to meet rollover requirements, or coordinating between multiple accounts to manipulate bonus conditions. Accounts confirmed to have engaged in abuse will be terminated and all balances forfeited.
All games offered on the WangKaya platform — including slots, live baccarat, Sports Betting, lottery, virtual sports, table games, and e-sports — are subject to the game rules set by WangKaya and the respective software providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
Game integrity: All game outcomes on WangKaya are final once confirmed by the system. WangKaya will not alter the results of completed games except in cases where there is a clear technical error that affects the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, WangKaya reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the stake to the player.
Technical disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, WangKaya will use system records to determine the valid outcome. If the records are insufficient to establish a fair result, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded to the player. WangKaya is not liable for losses caused by interruptions to the player's own internet connection.
Sports Betting: For Sports Betting at WangKaya — covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more — the odds displayed are those at the time the bet is placed and are subject to change before the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. WangKaya reserves the right to void bets where there is a significant odds-setting error or incorrect information regarding an event.

Grounds for account closure by WangKaya:
Account closure at member's request: You may request the closure of your WangKaya account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in your account (after deducting bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirement) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your deposit, within 3 to 5 business days. Account closure at a member's request is final and the account cannot be reopened.
As part of WangKaya's commitment to responsible gambling, members may request a temporary self-exclusion (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion without needing to provide a reason. Applicable law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the WangKaya platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
